Skills & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
  • Design solutions that meet industry best practices and align with business processes.
  • Implement and configure ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications, including UI policies, business rules, and workflows, to align with client needs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications.
  • Promote ITIL and ServiceNow best practices in process implementation and solution design.
  • Provide recommendations for process automation, incident reduction, and resource optimization.
  • Develop and execute test plans, document configuration changes, and provide end-user training.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  • 4-7 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
  • Strong experience in designing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow workflows and processes.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script) and experience in REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and practices.
  • Proficiency in developing ServiceNow custom applications and integrations.
  • Knowledge of asset management, CMDB, and discovery tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
