Acquire new logos/clients in the domestic/international market for NGenious IT services and solutions.
Ensure consistent achievement of individual sales targets set by managers.
Participate actively in sales calls and bid reviews, prepare, and deliver presentations and demonstrations, and respond to tender documents, proposals, and reports, hereby showcasing excellent sales, and closing skills to the team.
Daily / Weekly updates of the CRM platform for tracking sales leads / opportunities / related activities
Existing Account Management / Relationship Management / Cross Selling Form long-term relationships with “C” level decision makers to maximize business opportunities.
Develop relationships to assist with cross-selling within existing accounts.
Management of own pipeline of new opportunities
Internal Team Co-ordination
Working closely with the Sales team and ensuring maximum conversion of quality leads into deals
Working effectively with the Marketing team to create compelling and differentiated content, including infographics, social media copy, whitepapers, presentations, web content, brochures, surveys, contributed articles, sales kits, and customer testimonials that can be leveraged globally.
Coordination with the Pre-sales and Delivery team for successful client closure, project delivery, and after-sales support.
Sales Strategy Planning
Identify, understand, and solve any obstacles or objections to the successful sale of our offerings
Develop and implement plans to increase revenue generation within existing accounts in respect of cross-selling opportunities
Formulate and implement sales strategies through partner enablement & development activities for acquiring business from new customers & effectively cross-selling to existing customers
Identify New Markets / Industry opportunities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, sales plays and plans by product.
Accurate forecasting of monthly and quarterly pipeline
Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Reporting Manager with a detailed insight into accounts, opportunities
