- Managing intranet sites built on SharePoint 2010, 2013 and 2016
- System security, system patching and upgrades
- Deploying custom-developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages
- SharePoint services and settings, site quotas and file size limits
- Reviewing and monitoring usage reports
- Manages content databases and creates new ones
- Administers and maintains sites and sub-sites, Manages security for sites and sub-sites
- Manages the site layout structure and content
- Provides SharePoint support to end users, Knowledge of PowerShell
- Configuring timer jobs, Training and supporting the business users understanding of OOB features in SharePoint.
- Setting up alerts, enforcing policies, Nintex workflows, designer workflows and InfoPath forms
- Experience in Migration (File system to SharePoint, SharePoint to SharePoint, SharePoint to Office365, Office365 to Office365 )
- Managing Office 365 tenant. Manage users, licenses, and groups in Office 365
- Office 365 Administration (Role-Based Access Control, Assigning Roles, Managing Passwords)
- Exchange Administration (Set up Exchange Online and Skype for Business Online for End Users)
