  • Troubleshooting SharePoint integration issues and issues related to integration points such as Microsoft Office.
  • Troubleshooting & addressing issues with existing custom-developed SharePoint solutions.
  • Assist in the Continuity of the SharePoint environment.
  • Performing preventive maintenance Health checks of the SharePoint environment and generating the report.
  • Complete management of all these items and tickets through a Support Manager including acknowledgment of issue within agreed SLA and reporting on status until resolution.

  • Review and troubleshoot issues with custom-coded solutions.
  • Developing simple custom solutions, and user testing and training in Partnership with Client
  • Managing and enhancing the custom-developed SharePoint solution.
  • Provisioning sites, features, branding related work on the SharePoint platform.
  • Review, troubleshoot, and assist in the resolution of SharePoint Tickets assigned to the support team such as; Permissions, Page Issues, Navigation Issues, functionality, and feature questions.
  • Work with users to gather business requirements, design, and deliver custom solutions using the Agile methodology process.
