A prominent USA-based real estate services provider sought a solution to efficiently manage project tasks and track their status. NGenious Solutions leveraged SharePoint Online within Office 365 to create an online platform for managers and requestor users. This platform enabled requestors to submit requests to their managers for approval, which could then be processed to assign projects. Projects were further divided into releases, each consisting of tasks, sub-tasks, and levels. The solution provided real-time tracking, improved task management, streamlined communication with stakeholders, efficient navigation for project tracking, enhanced user interface, and cost-effectiveness through an offshore-onshore delivery model.
