Skills & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for gathering project requirements and formalizing business requirements.
  • Analyses and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, and feasibility to standards.
  • Develops and utilizes standard templates to write requirements specifications accurately and concisely.
  • Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
  • Works with stakeholders and the project team to prioritize collected requirements.
  • Able to document the requirements, functional specification documents/ product backlogs, generating process documentation.
  • Interacting with the Business Stakeholders, development & testing teams for effective delivery.
  • Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
  • Responsible for bringing in new and innovative ideas.
  • Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforces and redefines as necessary.
  • Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, developers, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
  • Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.
  • Estimate project deadlines on its perimeter.
  • Provide project reports and regular communication.
